Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience.  Finding the place, navigating the parking lot and making it to your appointment on time can leave one frazzled.  We want to help make the process of your first appointment as calm, low pressure and painless as possible.  Lets face it you already  don't feel good.

Please remember to bring your insurance card, drivers license and a good memory of your health  history.   There will be of course  the usual forms to fill out.  Dr. Carter thoroughly   reads all of your information and uses the information to guide his decision making. We are available to assist you in any way to make your first experience a pleasant one.
